RYAN FOSTER

Before joining States United, Ryan served as a press secretary for Mayor Mike Duggan of Detroit, focused on publicly funded initiatives and crisis communication. In previous roles, Ryan publicly represented and strategized on behalf of organizations across nonprofit and corporate sectors, including the American Heart Association, Detroit Economic Growth Corporation and Allstate Insurance.
