Jay Tabb

Jay Tabb is a retired career Senior Executive and Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as a former U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) infantry officer. Currently the Senior Vice President of security services at the Crisis Response Company,Mr. Tabb provides domestic and international security solutions for government and commercial clients. He served nearly twenty-three years in the FBI, culminating as the Executive Assistant Director leading the FBI’s entire national security portfolio. Mr. Tabb also served as both an operator and commander of the FBI’s elite counterterrorism unit, the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), as well as the special agent in charge of the Seattle Field Office. He is the recipient of the U.S. Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Service, the DNI Award for Exceptional Achievement, the FBI Medal of Valor, and two FBI Stars for heroism and critical injuries received while operating in sensitive counterterrorism missions abroad.
