Before joining States United, Ellen spent most of her career in state government. Most recently, she led digital strategy and storytelling for Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. She also held communications roles for Arizona Govs. Doug Ducey and Katie Hobbs. In previous roles, Ellen crafted messaging for Arizona’s economic development agency and a tech industry public relations firm.
