Project Assistant (Operations)
Location: Washington, District of Columbia (Hybrid)
The Project Assistant will principally support the Chief Operating Officer, while providing secondary support to other members of the Operations team, and the wider organization as needed. The Operations Project Assistant provides critical support to the Operations team, assisting with key areas including financial oversight, contracting, IT services, Human Resources support, development, compliance and staff development and support.

As a fellow, you will spearhead high-impact projects, provide strategic direction, and give guidance on navigating elections in the era of AI and misinformation. Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will drive forward our mission to safeguard democracy against emerging threats and ensure the responsible use of AI in electoral processes.
