LAUREN MEADOWS

Before joining States United, Lauren was a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Within Carnegie’s Democracy, Conflict, and Governance program, Lauren’s areas of research included democratic backsliding, political violence in democracies, international development programming, and women in government. She was previously an intern for the Brennan Center for Justice and for the Westminster Foundation for Democracy.
